McGills Chartered Accountants is proud to have sponsored a category of the recently held Fairford & Lechlade Business Club Awards.
Celebrating their ninth year, the FLBClub Business Awards recognise business excellence and achievements during the previous year and rewarded the worthy winners at a sell-out gala dinner at The Crown of Crucis Hotel in Cirencester.
McGills sponsored the New Business of the Year Award, won by Bluestone Insurance Services of Cirencester. Finalists in this category were Bulldog Websites of Fairford and Cirencester Sports Massage.
According to the event organiser, the judges made their choice as they were impressed by the speed at which Bluestone Insurance Services has established themselves as “a real contender in the insurance broker market”. Noting that it is a difficult market to break into as a new business, they added: “This demonstrates their business model of guiding and assisting their clients through the insurance process, helping them understand ‘risk’ and finding the best policies for them is working.”
Simon Nuttall, the Partner at McGills Chartered Accountants who presented Bluestone Insurance Services with their award said: “Congratulations to a very deserving winner.
